 Castlerigg, late summer 2003

Leaving their mark, of course, behind them

Leaving their mark, of course, behind them
Description : Alas, we (myself and friend) had arrived as they were finishing - so couldn't tell them what the effect of putting charcoal in thin metal, and the ensuring hot metal on grass, was.

This is shameful, and not only makes me feel sad but pretty angry, too. People who do this sort of thing give us pagans/heathens a bad name. How can anyone who holds the earth in reverence wound it like this?
But perhaps they weren't there for spritual reasons and were just a bunch of hippies hanging out? Either way, pagans get the blame. Idiots!

They were Stupids. Pagans can be Stupids just like anyone else. You'd just hope they would have learned to think a little but I guess not...
